A return of the articles is only possible with a prior written agreement (e-mail) under hello@youngandbrave.de within a 14-day period without giving any reasons (but would be desirable). The item has to be returned by the buyer by means of a stamped return within the above-mentioned period to young and brave Deutschland UG, Gerberau 11, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
\nA refund of the purchase price (without delivery costs) will only be made for undamaged\/unused items. The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer shall be notified in writing. The return does not include the following items: swimwear and teething rings. The client assumes the freight costs of the return.

The reason for the defect\/damage has to be explained here comprehensibly.
